I HAVE REMOVED TEMP CONTROLL UNIT FROM DASH,TESTED CIRQUIT BOARD AND FOUND
ONE SOLDER SEPARATED FROM BOARD AT THE SMALL RELAY'S LEG. PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND NOW IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM. REMOVING THE CONTROLL UNIT WAS THE MOST DIFICULT JOB TO DO.LOTS OF THINGS TO REMOVE,LOTS OF SCREWS AND SHARP EDGES.IT IS DONE.

Do you know what fuse to check ? Can you add a little more info ?
air stopped working ???? Air conditioning ? Does the compressor clutch click on , engage etc....
If the air stops blowing from the vents, the problem is with the blower motor. If it doesn't come on, try slapping the motor with your hand. If it starts when slapped, replace the motor.
That is not a whole lot to go on. I would recommend gathering some more information like: WHEN and under WHAT CONDITIONS does it work? WHEN and under WHAT CONDITIONS does it NOT work? When it stops working, is the radiator cooling fan working properly? When it stops working is the A/C compressor clutch engaged and the compressor running? Will it start working again if you cycle the temperature control to HOT then back to COLD again? Will it start working again if you turn the A/C system off for a few seconds, then turn it back on?
All of these things can be clues to what is going on with your system. This information can be EXTREMELY helpful in pointing you in the correct direction to getting it fixed without wasting your money on a bunch of parts that don't fix the problem.
If the freon is full and the compressor clutch is working,is the blower working, need more details, if it is, you could have a blocked orifice filter. or a bad high pressure switch located at the rear of the compressor.if the high pressure switch loses voltage or goes out, your cool air will come to a dead halt. check the high pressure switch for voltage. good luck!
Disconnect wire to Air Conditioning Compressor and connect normal test light to wire, from engine harness(body)side. Fit new fuse and try air cond controls and switch, test light should light up and hopefully fuse wont blow indicating short in compressor clutch windings(replace compressor). If fuse blows while doing this test compressor might be ok and fault short some where else, fan speed resistor block, fan or control/switches, wiring.
If all fuses are ok then check wiring to fan and compressor both, if wiring is also ok and current is passed till the terminals then you have two problems, one the magnet forming coil on the compressor head is burnt, you have to replace or get it repaired. second your fan itself needs checking.
Check the blower motor speed control resistor pack is ok. (The resistor pack is usually located in the blower fan ducting in the air flow). Check condition of electrical connection terminals on the blower motor circuit - these terminals pass considerable current and over time may fatigue overheat and loosen. Check operation/replace any blower motor control relay, Check the blower motor will run if +12v directly applied to the blower motor. Check operation of the blower motor speed control switch is ok.
I also have a 2004 Kia sedona with approx. 80,000 miles on it. The air conditing system stopped blowing cool air into the car. The fan would work, but would not blow cool air. After doing a lot of research. After trying to find a car repair manual or diagrams for the Kia Sedona with no luck. We ended up taking it to our machanic. He then replaced the compressor and it is working fine now. I now know that this is common for the compressor to go out on this van.
