There is humming sound from the vehicle during engine start. Also, noticed RPM surge during start. I had driven to the fueling area and the car would not start. I had it jumped, put new battery in and the noise is still there. Also the car does not accelerate quickly losing power. Any solution?

Filter is next to the right tire (pass.side) behind a splash shield.

SOURCE: Tire pressure.
The tire pressures to use are i your user manual that came in the glovebox. If you no longer have this, buy a 20 dollar manual, which I buy for every car I own and it wil tell you.
If you need an answer to get you by, use 35 psi until you find out exactly what it should be. You may even want to stay with this pressure, as most car manuals wil give you temps for winter and summer, and for different driving conditions, when 35 psi will serve you just fine. If you begin to notice your tir wear is not even, take it to a shop and find out what is wrong with it. You will probably need an alignment.
Also many tires wil tell you on the side, the safe tire inflation pressures, but I have found that 35 psi is a good number to run for just about any passenger car.

Primary ignition fault. Reasons: Bad distributor cap (most likely) or ignition control module/ignition coil.
Hope that helps
Good Luck
