The headlights are not level like they should be, it was in an accident when the previous owner had it. I performed as much work on it as I could at the time, but the passenger headlight is way off level and when turned on it lights up any area about 15 feet above the ground (considering I am 20 feet away from the object I am illuminating). I just need to know how to adjust it so the headlight is level again.
Do a youtube search for how to aim headlights. You'll need a level surface and a garage door.

This is how I fixed it, I took the plastic cover off the fuse box under the hood and found a "maxi fuse" was out and replaced it. I was suprised that a fuse could kill all electrical on the car while driving it. How scary is that?

You don't say if the parking lights and/or tail lights come on. If the rest of the lights are working. Try replacing the dimmer switch on the floor. It's relatively simple to do and cost about $15.00 depending on where you are
