I had the same problem, my 99 ram 2500 wouldn't charge and I one day after spending 1500.00 on it at a dealer reached up behind the altinator wiggled the wire & plug, low and behold the thing **** into charging.. cost of new alt. wire plug 35.00....from dodge dealer..
