My truck is shaking really bad driving down the road. I have replaced the motor and transmission mounts, and the front end is all brand new, new brakes all the way around. The U-joints are all good, Air pressure in the tires is good and balanced and the alignment is good. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

SOURCE: Front End Problems

first i would check the tires , are they cupped or chopped on the tread? run your hand over the tread and see if it feels rough and uneven. take the truck to a auto repair shop and have them jack both front and rear axles off the ground, put the truck in 2 wheel drive and run the speedometer to the speed you usually hear the roaring noise, if you don't hear the noise , put the truck in 4 wheel drive, turn off the traction assist if it has one and run it to the speed you would hear the noise. if you hear the roaring noise with tires off the ground, the problem is in the drivetrain, (engine, transmission, transfer case, u-joints, differentials or the front left or right cv halfshafts or u-joints). the older models (97 98) had the front two driveshafts from the differential turning all the time, they engaged in 4 wheel drive from the transfer case and a solenoid on the front differential. depending on the miles you have on this truck, the most likely areas i would look at would be the tires, u-joints/cv joints, and front and rear wheel bearings. thanks and good luck.

Front stabilizer/sway bar bushings sound worn. I had same, on my 91'. Felt like someone was thumping the floor under my feet sometimes. I managed to get away with spinning the outer ones at control arms, but replaced ones in middle at frame.

SOURCE: Front end shakes when it hit a bump

Yep tie rod ends both control arms and a frame bushings. If you had time and could send some pictures I could be more presise and could give you a detaild ideal on how to test the entire front end, but you do not seem to want a lot of help as this would require me to give you two hours of instruction and testing parts that you are not aware of..

2000 Ford Mustang V6 shaking uncontrollably. Most likely culprits, transmission or power steering, but could be something else. Please help!

more detail, please. Does it shake at idle in neutral? If yes, not likely transmission.
Does it shake while sitting still? Only while driving? If while moving, check wheels/tires/brakes.

My truck is shaking

check motor mounts, transmission mounts, and u joints on the drive shaft. it could also be bad ball joints somewhere in the front end, or even unbalanced tires.

Codes p1192 an po700

P1192 has to do with Intake Air Temp. That sensor might be bad. The P0700 has to do with Transmission Control. Whether it's the control module or something else is hard to say at this point. However, if the vibration is really in the front of the vehicle, I would start by checking UJoints on the front drive shaft, CV Joints and the Transmission Mount/Motor Mounts. Make sure your transmission fluid level is correct. The shaking "under a load" is likely a torque converter issue. I had the same problem on my 96 Suburban. Instead of rebuilding the transmission (or changing the torque converter), there is a product available called "Dr. Tranny Shudder Fixx". Small tube, put in with Transmission Fluid, shudder goes away almost instantly. Hope this helps.

While driving dwn the road i hve a bad shake in my steering wheel i have a 1999 gmc yukon

it sounds like the front tires need balancing.if you drive the truck slowly(creeping down the road at about 5mph)and lightly holding the steering wheel do you feel the steering wheel moving back and forth.this could indicate a bad belt in a tire where as a wheel imbalance won`t show up at this low of a speed, but a bad belt will.also have the front end checked for worn front end components and wheel bearings, this can cause a bad shake too.

2000 jeep gc laredo 4x4 4.7 auto The front end shakes

if it shakes over 50 miles per hour, it could be your front tires need balancing. and check your ball joints while you are at it. or king pins if it has that. (they are different from ball joints but serve the same purpose.)

Wheel shaking?

There are many things that can cause front end vibrations, I will give you a list and hopefully the information provided will allow you to narrow it down. Usaully front end shake is caused by a tire that either has a shifted belt in the tire or the tire weights could have falled off and the tire and wheel must be rebalanced, another reason for shake is if the shake occurs when applying the brakes it is a warped rotor and the brakes must be replace in the front end along with new rotor installed, the last thing that it could be is a loose or worn out front end part perhaps a tierod end. If i was you I would try rotating the tires from the front to the back and see if the shaking goes away if it does it is most likely a bad tire (shifted belt) or the tire needs to be rebalanced at a auto garage. after checking that first then jack up the front and grab the wheel and move it back and forth up the down to check for play or loosness, as I said if the shaking occurs while applying the brakes replace the brakes and rotors.

It could be a cv joint or a wore out or worn tranny mount or motor mount.

Front end and steering wheel shakes

when slowing to make right turn is it more like a clicking noise, does it do it while turning or just when slowing down. If it is while you are turning it is most likely the right cv axle drive shaft popping. When at a stop with ac on does it shake if you put it in park and how do the rpms read in park or in drive. Did they change the trans mount also dont thank that is it just trying to get a better understanding so I can better assist you.
