The climate control issue is most likely the air temperture blend door motor has quit working or the ac is low on Freon from a leak, also the control head can cause this problem, the vibration may be from hard engine mounts, when the rubber in the mounts ages it gets hard and does not absorb vibration as well, the pulsation is a low voltage issue and you should have the alternator tested.

Ac on 2001 vw golf tdi 1.9 blows hot air was working but stopped blowing cold air has freon and compressor clutch is good

Your motor for the temp door may not be working. It is all the way under the dash, toward the back, may be able to reach it and put your hand on it from under the driver-side foot well- but with the windows up so you can hear, listen to hear if the motor runs when operating the temp from cold to hot. If you have Climatronic, take a deep look at Climatronic blend door motor. The Climatronic is a fully controlled system. You absolutely need to use a scan tool to access the diagnostics and code memory. You may just need to clear the DTCs for compressor operation. Also, these are known for temp sensor problems causing no compressor operation. You pressure readings to indicate the clutch is not engaging. If you do need to replace your ac compressor this site looks like it has cheap prices, free shipping and great reviews http://www.buyautoparts.com/autoparts/Volkswagen/Golf/A-C_Compressor.html

I just purchased a 2001 Passat V6 and within the first week my engine light came on. I had AutoZone plug it up for the codes and it read off soemthing about the heat sensor. Now my temperature gauge isnt...

The temperature sending sensor is bad, it usually goes into the intake area of the engine. It reads hot hot or cold the engine is and this is what makes the gauge work or not work properly. Good Luck

Hi folks i have got passat 130pd tdi ,it seems

have you checked your air intake system? A clogged air filter will severly limit the amount of air that it can get, or a leak in the exhaust driving the turbo will limit the amount of pressure to spin it. Start by putting a new filter on it. Then if that makes no difference, you can check the waste system by installing a boost gauge, so as to check how much pressure you're actually getting to the manifold. If boost is normal, then you need to look for fuel system or mechanical factors.

Gear knob

The manual knobs are on there really tight but they're just twisted on. You need to turn like crazy on it to get it loose. You can wrap a towel around it and use channelock pliers or a big wrench if need be.
