YOU HAVE INTAKE VACUUM LEAK AT THROTTLE BODY OR PCM HAS FAILED.NOT CONTROLLING IDLE SPEED CONTROL CIRCUIT.

idle control valve, clean or replace. check upper and lower hoses too. as well as all metal intake gaskets.

replace the IAC valve to resolve this issue.
