After cleans CD player heads (with a disk) then car would not start, power seats and windows don't work. Makes a 'bell' sound noise when turning on ignition. I checked the main fuses under the dash. None were broken. I'm stumped!
Did you have to have the key on to clean the player? If so how long was it?

Yes, the ignition was on for about 10-15 seconds. Also when I turn the light switch on the same 'bell' sound occurs. The battery is NEW. The alternator is NEW.
The overhead map lights work but are a bit dim.
