Release hood on 2003 c230 Mercedes

It is the lines in the rear hatch glass. There is a connector the bottom and a plug in the back of the radio.

SLIDE THE BLADE KEY OUT OF YOUR SMART KEY.IF YOU LOOK SOMEWHERE AROUND THE OUTSIDE TRUNK RELEASE HANDLE YOU WILL SEE A TUMBLER (KEY HOLE).INSERT THE BLADE KEY AND TURN FULL LEFT AND PULL HANDLE.IF THIS DOES NOT WORK TRY TURNING THE KEY FULL RIGHT AND PULL HANLDE.

Under the hood rectangle black box near the heater valves, between the suspension top mount and the front screen. There are some additional ones near the battery in the trunk.

you will probably have to enter a code for your radio to work again, look in your owner's manual and if you do not have one then you will have to call a dealer and get the code or try searching online, sometimes you can get help there

dealer i think ,because the bonnet should be a cable pull .sounds like you dont know nothing about cars or evan have the tools ,go to garage

When you pull the lever to activate the windshield washers, do you hear any type of sound coming from under the hood?  A whirring sound should be heard from the little electric pump that feds the washers.
If you can hear the whir, then you should look for a possible clog in the washer hoses (there is more than one...).
If you cannot hear the whirr, then you should check the fuse that protects the windshield washer circuit.  Check your owner's manual for the location and correct amperage for this circuit.
