What is burning up alternators on my 2007 f350 ford 6.0 deisel

Rotational chattery constant noise, can squeal at higher rpm, changed all pulls and tensioners,( this engine also has had four injectors replaced), and just now my third alternator. Goes like this: noise, then battery lite, then dead batteries, then change alternator and repeat, so chanegd all pulleys and tensioners, again, fan belt is new and has no wear marks, could it be the AC compressor bearings? 140,000 miles

Have you had the alternator checked to make sure it is turning the right way if so the alt is overcharging and will burn them and the battery both up and there is a possibility of causing the vechicle of catching on fire

I have a 1997 f350 powerstroke dually that cuts out and stalls when driving down the road at any speed.. changed cam sensor and filter and added fuel stabilizers. but still does it.. im clueless

If this is the same problem as before you changed the Alternator, it must be a different area. Flickering sounds like Regulator cut-out. You did not say if flicker was constant or only when Glowplug Timer was cycling. Usually the Regulator is inside the Alternator.

Have you checked both Batteries for shorts?

Then some of these engines have a fuel pump regulator. If you are not maintaining a steady RPM due to fuel shortage, the battery light could illuminate as RPM falls critically.

You may have a bad crankshaft sensor. Less likely as it does not self-correct. About all I can add is that the things I mentioned may not show up on the self-diagnostics.

2002 ford f350 deisel brakes pedal feels hard and dosnt stop verry good well driving. Brakes smell like they are burning when I stop. Just replaced front rotors, pads and calipers

You should have a hydraulic brake booster. a common failure item on fords and also would cause your symptom. the burning smell, I would go back and recheck all the brakes. Maybe a problem with the e-brakes, or an issue with the front or rear calipers. Possibly a damaged steel or high pressure brake line. Good luck.
