I have a 1987 mazda b2000 2.0L M/T i just bought but the vacuum lines were all cut. i need a detailed decription of how to put these back together along with a vacuum hose routing diagram. i have been on mazdatrucking.com but the one they have is still not enough for me. can you please help me

Look under the hood, may need to be cleaned off but it should be on a sticker .......all mazdas have them

I had a car I needed to drain the gas and I cut the gas line then purchased a connector for the cut line when I put it back together. Be very careful you don't have a fire.

There is a vacuum hose diagram under the hood on the federal emission sticker.

Before it cuts out does it buck, jerk or skip ?

Be easier to go to salvage yard and check it out.

We do not have thses diagrams. There is a sticker under the hood that has the routing diagrams.

The three lines hanging under the truck connect to a valve on top of the 4x4 transfer case, this is why the 4wd does not work. As for the throttle body lines there should be a diagram on the radiator support that explains that. You should have one large line that goes to the PCV valve, a small line going to the air cleaner, a small line connected to the MAP sensor and possibly another connected to a valve that controls the EGR valve. Your fifth line should connect to a port on the manifold that supplies vacuum to a tank that is the vacuum source for the HVAC control doors and the front axle engagement system. The axle engagement system is what the line hanging by the transmission under the truck is for.

The eaisest way is to check one that is running because some models got extra plugs for difrent aplications like a/c, power st ex.

heres a vaccum diagram and alao make sure the passing gear cable is connect and adjusted if this car has one which i think it does, also check electrical connections are hooked up,heres two diagrams i labeled them, one is for the 2.5 engine and the other for 2.8 engine connect the vaccum line and retry it, hope this helps.

u didn't say what engine, but check out this site, I believe it will be very helpful as to what u are looking for-
go to 'autozone.com select year make, engine, etc, click on 'repair manual' then driveability and emissions control, then to 'vacuum', they have a bunch of diagrams that will keep u busy. If u have any trouble finding it, let me know.
