Where is the fuel pump relays locateded in. A 2008mitsubishi endeavor

https://www.justanswer.com/mitsubishi/8bp9q-mitsubishi-2008-mitsubishi-endeavor-won-t-start.html
This link may help .... shows both fuel relays in the passenger compartment, with driver door open ... the panel should be at the end of the driver side dashboard.
This link also goes over a bunch of issues that the owner had with his car not starting ... which may be why you are looking for the relays also.
Anyway...good luck with your troubleshooting

Where is the code reader port on the 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor?

It is under the driver's kick panel. Occasionally, they are under the passenger's kick panel. (Remember, the Japanese drive from the right-hand side and some car designs are not switched over completely for our LHD in NAFTA countries and Continental Europe.) The socket has 21 pins on it as I remember.

2008 mitsibushi endeavor using 2 to 3 or more quarts of oil every 3000 miles and dealer says this is normal and I know it is not.

Your right, this is not normal oil useage for any engine. The oil is either being burned in the combustion chamber and exiting the tail pipe, or it is leaking some place.

Mitsubishi endeavor, how to unlock hood, we took out the battery en it locked down we can not open it

The hood release is cable operated, just reach under the dash and pull the hood lever.

If it is not releasing by the lever, you likely have something jammed into the latch and will have to pry it free.

Again, the hood release is not electric.

2004 Endeavor Anti Lock comes on

First disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 15 min's. This resets the computer. Then drive it watch the dash for anything that illuminates. Connect a OBD2 reader to your obd2 port scan for codes. Troubleshoot your car. It really not that hard. Like following a line. Check your brake cpu unit. Get the car manual to. Check how to test the Brake module. If the voltage and ohms are correct. Go to the next part in line, electrically speaking. Find what input and output
location of the ALB system on the PCM (computer). determine what sensor is connected to the PCM and test them. If all ok. Look for a mechanical failure.
