Assuming you are referring to a vehicle and not household plumbing, what kind of leak are you talking about? Engine oil? Cooling system? Air conditioning refrigerant? Brake fluid? Transmission fluid? Gasoline or diesel fuel? Differential fluid? Windshield washer fluid? Battery fluid? Or perhaps a water leak into the inside when it rains?

How To Install Replace Windsheild Washer Reservoir Bottle FordEscape ... a broken, damaged, split or leaking windshield washer bottle.
Had a similar issue. The leak though, in front of the left-front tire was the windshield washer pump seal. Check to see if that fluid is washer fluid. If so, then thats likely the problem.
The washer fluid is held in a plastic tank, which can crack and leak. It is carried to the sprayers by rubber hoses, which can crack, split, and leak. You can try to take a peek up under the car and see if you can see a disconnected on ruptured washer hose. Try filling it back up with regular water and you should be able to tell where its coming from.
Hello,
It is comon for the washer fluid pump to fail. I would also check the bottle for leaks it is comon for the battery to leak and damage the pump and the bottle.
Honestly the best way is to pull the old one out nd go to ur local salvage yard nd get a used one but notice where leak is and note if rubbed against something to cause leak or did freezing case it when water was put intoit. They have washer fluid that will not freeze.
Generally.....3 things happen. The washer fluid plastic bottle may be cracked....not likely. The pump (and or gasket at the pump) may be leaking ......30%. The rubber hose pushed onto the pump to direct the washer fluid up to the window may have popped off........70% ......most likely.
