That code is specific to the Air-Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P1135 Trouble Area:
Open or short in A/F sensor (bank 1, sensor 1)
 A/F sensor (bank 1, sensor 1) heater

SOURCE: I have a 2001 Toyota Sienna with a P1135 code

P1135 (for Toyota) means A/F Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1 (Set when the heater operates, heater current exceeds 8A or heater current of 0.25A or less).
The A/F sensor contains a ECU-controlled heater. At start-up, the heater helps warm the A/F sensors to quickly operating temperature. With minimal exhaust gas flow, the heater keeps the A/F sensor from cooling down.

Vdc and slip remains on

The VDC can be reset by driving on a road straight for a few miles. It's best to use a big highway. My parents have a pathfinder, went to have the battery changed out and the Nissan dealer could not help them get it off. But after a little searching, it states to drive for about 1 mile without turns or braking. It has went off and hopefully it will work for you.
