Factory Stereo I have a 2005 altima and suddenly the speakers have stopped working. The radio still turns on and I am able to switch stations and all other functions but still no sound. Could this be a fuse problem or a wiring problem, or neither?

Could be a wiring problem but there arent any fuses involved in speaker connections......try checking the wiring to the speakers....but also could be internal amplifier....may need to be replaced does it make any crackle or pop when you first turn the radio on?

Radio in 2008 Altima problem.Cannot change stations or turn off.

If you have lost control over the radio, then there is an issue with the control module and/or board. The stereo will need to be repaired/replaced.

Replace 2005 Nissan altima stereo receiver

Try radio shack, or stereo sales/installation place for ready to go plug adapter. For a few bucks, it saves headaches, and butchering the wiring in case you want to re-install old one later when trading in or selling the car.
