I hit a pot hole, flattened both passenger tires. Car automatically shutoff, cant roll up windows, start car, or put car in gear. Dash read out says gearbox fault, and cruise not available. Is there an emergency cutoff switch? Where is it located. Where can I get a repair manual for this car?

lug bolts fully tight per spec?
very bad, get it fixed, in a car repair shop or suspension shop.
can be what I just said or bead wheel bearing.
or ball joint or gross strut failures.
or collision damage. (hit a 1 foot deep pot hole at 100kmh?)

Probably broke the upper ball joint.
If nothing else is damaged the cost of the ball joint is around $25 in most areas plus labor.

Should be on the passenger side under the dash right in front of the door you havse to take cover off

check fuses no impact switch on this car

does it start after you hit a pot hole or is it consistant at speed. if its always there then you have a start to the infamous death wabble. all of your steering gear needs to be replaced. if its only at certain speeds you need to rebalance your tires

looks like car has other issues as well.. but try that first

Check the connections on the battery.

if the window isn't automatically rolling up when u shut the door u can reset the memory by turning till ur dash lights are on only don't start the car , then hit the window up button for few seconds then down button few seconds after the window is down then roll the window up should be fine

it sounds like definet frame damage. there is no surefire way of fixing due to it being a uniframe type. the only fix a shop can give you is lifetime alighnment deal and tires =(

Most likely one of the tires has a bad belt or out of round alot, barring anything being loose back there.
