My car keeps losing power. The revs drop and the engine diagnostic light comes on. It picks up again and drives normally, for a short while. Diagnostic tests don't show anything? Any ideas

Its a peugeot, the french are known for many things autos arnt one of them

OMG! I have the same problem, I have had various parts changed and a full service but this problem just won't go away, what the hell is it, my mechanic seems to be baffled!
The Car makes a louder noise, loses power when i put the clutch in, engine light stays on all the time. cuts out.

when engine is turned on it just revs
engine managment light reset but comes back up with fault code P0141 where is this sensor? is it easy to change?
