Just bought an 88 Trooper 2. The fuel gauge is down below empty and the low fule light is on. I put gas in and no change. Does anyone know if these two devices are in series or wired parallel? Is light dependent on gauge? I'm looking for some easier answers first before I drop the fuel tank and pull sending unit out.
