The heater core is located behind your dashboard on the fire wall. you will have to remove the dashboard and components blocking you from getting to the heater core it is a very aggravating job but can be done with patience and will save you alot of money to do it your self

How to change spark plugs on a 1998 lincoln navigator?

ok you will see 8 coil packs on top of the engine 4 on the left and 4 on the right they have a 2 wire conector disconect the conector remove the 8 mm screw now lift out the coil set it aside now the spark plug is way down that hole that you removed the coil from i think it is a 9/16 spark plug odd but that is what ford did make shure you put anti seze on the new plugs and you gap them

it's on the driver side, either in the engine compartment or in between the inner fender liner and the fender.
