BE AWARE THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE IS EASIER TO INSTALL THAN THE DRIVER'S SIDE. ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE YOU MAY HAVE TO MAKE ROOM TO REMOVE AND REINSTALL THE BULB.RAISE THE HOOD. LOOK BEHIND THE HEADLIGHT, THERE IS A PLUG WITH A
CONNECTOR. DISCONNECT IT. NOW TAKE THE LITTLE METAL SPRING THING AND
PINCH IT, THAT HOLDS THE BULB IN PLACE. TAKE OUT THE BULB, PUT THE NEW
ONE IN. FOLD THAT LITTLE METAL THING OVER AND PINCH INTO PLACE. CONNECT
CONNECTOR AND RUBBER PLUG AND THAT'S IT.

ypu can not buy them any where, i had the same problem.you have to order them from a toyota dealer. they are very inexpensive.. i tried different bulbs radio shack didnt work.

You can and it is not difficult, there are two bolts holding the top of the headlight to the body just over the radiator and a couple of screws holding the indicato in place, but you can access the back of the light fitting without doing so . It is a bit of a squeeze on the battery side.

If you have the HID bulbs, and there is moisture in the bottom of the assembly, the high voltage box at the bottom will not work. this requires removing the whole headlamp, removing the circuit board from the bottom and drying out. I have done mine twice before finally finding how water was getting in at the top seam of the lamp assembly. You will have to dis-assemble part of the wheel well and bumper cover to gain access to all the mounting bolts. Best of luck
