Reset service indicator on Fiat Bravo. Service has been done at 18000 miles but indicator still says service required.

Don't waste any time. don't drive the car. Get a simple mechanical gauge connected to the engine and see what the oil pressure is. If pressure is poor. have a real mechanic check for the cause.

Usually 10 to 15 maybe more. Fill up a gas can run the vehicle till the light comes on, reset the trip, then run it out, this will give you the most accurate answer.

I don't think it can be reset without a dealer spec scan tool. Has the service been done? if so, the servicing garage should have reset it. Oil Changes are not "service" If it has not been done, have it done. If the service garage does not have the proper tools to reset the service indicator, they don't need to be working on MB.

Dear sir, As you said , you have serviced your car but still it showing service required. When ever service is done service center people have to reset engine computer ECM with service done at **** km and next service due on **** km as per your car actual km/mile . They may forgten to do so ask them they will reset it. Then only that MSG will go off. If any issue let me know Thanks. Yogesh
