Speedodomete and odometer just quick working. This is 1st year toyota did not use a cable for speedodometer, but rather a sensor. But, is it sensor, and where is it located and is it possibly a relay?? Anyone have same problem and fixed it?

The sensor is usually located at the passenger side axel near the wheel drum. It works by sending a signal to the PCM at the exact velocity. I think it is the sensor.

They both work off of the same cable, so I would say that you have a problem in the speedometer head itself and will need replacing or sent in for repair.

If you have someone check the engine computer for trouble codes, you'll probably find a code for the speed sensor in the transmission.

Odometer quit working but speedodometer works all gagues work need to know what to check

The odometer is driven by a small electic motor. It receives the same signal the speedometer receives. If the odometer motor is no longer functioning, I'm affraid the entire instrument panel cluster will have to be replaced.
Any other questions, let me know.
