I have changed the fuel filter, checked the relays and fuses, new MAF and cleaned the idle air control valve, fuel pump seems to be working, the truck will start and idle then dies when you give it gas. After i changed the MAF the check engine light came on. It will start, stay idleing for a while then dies.

Check your MAP and TP sensors. Your throttle body may be having trouble determining position and is compensating by adjusting RPMs.
SOURCE: Poor Idle, dies at stopsigns
I have used this fix for your problem for 20 years.
Here are some of the causes of surges, stalls at stops, slow idle speed, erratic idle speed, rough idle and engine hesitation (and other problems), it is in most cases the idle speed control air-bypass valve and or throttle valve and upper intake, these area's get full of gunk and combustion residue over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.

fuel sending unit is in the tank. this is normal after about 75k miles and up. pump and sending unit are sold together. fuel sloshes from front to rear making the float on the sender rise and fall.

this has several things which could cause this noise. The idler pulley can cause a whining noise also the tensioner. The other item that causes that most often is the actual bearings in the alternator or power steering pump.check pump first for low fluid level.

P1133 HO2S-11 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Insufficient Switching
A code like this leaves a 50/50 chance that you either have a bad sensor or a real problem. With a high idle, I would lean towards a real problem. I'm surprised you didn't have another code with this one. It sounds like you are running lean due to a vacuum leak. Check all of the rubber lines that come from the intake. If any of these leak, they can cause the issue you are having.
