Your pulley may be coming loose. There should be a large bolt holding it to the Crankshaft. You would need to tighten the bolt and the pulley should draw back into place.

On some of the pulleys there may be a 2 piece construction with a thinner outer ring held in place by a rubber gasket ring. If the adhesive is slipping you need a new part as these should have been pressed on during manufacturing.

What is the name of the biggest poorly at the bottom of my Lincoln continental 2001

The lowest pulley on an engine is usually the Crank Shaft Pulley (CS). This is the pulley that makes the serpentine belt move and the other end of that shaft is what turns the transmission.

Where to get harmonic balencer bolt for lincoln ls 2006 that was discontinued.can not use old bolt

Harmonic balancer bolts are typically considered a "consumable" item, meaning they are designed to be used once and then replaced. It is possible that the specific bolt you need for your 2006 Lincoln LS has been discontinued by the manufacturer. In this case, your best option would be to try and find a used one from a junkyard or online auto parts marketplace.
Another option would be to contact a local or online specialty auto parts store, as they may be able to order the discontinued bolt from a supplier. Additionally, it's possible to use a aftermarket harmonic balancer bolt from a different brand.

2001 dodge stratus r/t 3.o liter outside pulley on harmonic balancer fell off. do i need whole new balancer or is there something that came off that holds it on?

ON most engines there is only on pulley as part of the harmonic balancer. It is the on that has the rubber between the pulley and the center bit on the crank. Any other pulleys are normally bolted to this pulley on the center hub piece . I'm thinking that the mount bolts have fallen out.

After i took the bolt off the harmonic balancer and the washer came off the harmonic balancer still will not budge on my 2001 lincoln ls V-6 model what am i missing?

You'll probably need to use a large gear puller - the balancer may be forced onto the crankshaft by the center bolt.

Although i would love to do so i cannot confirm that at this time. the part does not fit the 2006 lincoln ls but can be used on the ford crown victoria. the part ran at about a hundred and thirty dollars but there is also equipment required for the removal of the this part. this is a more prevalent part on chevrolet motors !
