Daughters blazer drove fine to the store, came out wouldn't start, plenty of gas turns over but won't start. Plenty of power, everything still works, We don't think its the fuel pump since we think we hear it. Thanks.

I had same exact problem. Blazer's fuel pumps that are located inside the gas tank go bad. It's common and the tow truck driver identified the problem because he had seen it so many times.

sounds like the fuel pump is bad. check the fuel pressure with a gage is should be 35lbs. if it still won`t start now have someone try to start it while you hit the fuel tank bottom with something if it starts the pump is no good.
flassed less engine power wth?????????
Flashed reduced engine power ! Electronic throttle control problem ! Your best bet ,take it to a GM dealer , buick , cadillac , GMC . You do not have diagnostic test equipment or knowledge to even diagnose this.
try taking to a safe place with plenty of space to ride and stop. when it is wet or on gravel. accelerate and then try to stop moderately hard. if it turns on, it should be working fine. but, my guess is a hub bearing. do you hear and noises coming from either side of car during certain speeds or whenever you are making slight turns?
I would check the fuel relay and see if it has a good connection. Chances are it doesn't just pull the relay out and put it back in and wiggle it around a little bit. That will tell you if your fuel relay has a bad connection.
My first thought would be: If you repaired an emissions hose, take the car back to Auto Zone (or another parts supplier) and let them tell you what code comes up now. You eliminated one problem, now you have to find another.
I wouldn't do a fuel pump without more information.

if you have done all the above go ahead and replace the fuel pressure regulator and check the intake manifold gasket for leaks if you need any GM parts you can try Schram auto and truck parts 1-800-292-1032
