On the back of the headlight their is a bolt which you could turn it one way and it lowers the headlight the other way it picks it up.

I have a 99 dodge intrepid and when the engine gets warm it starts to have a deep ticking noise

This could be valve tappets tapping inside of the engine indicating hydraulic lifters , if so equipped, not adjusting well to the heat.

Where are adjustment screws on my 2002 dodge intrepid headlight?

On top of the housing of the headlight, you will see some small holes. With the use of a flashlight, look through these holes and you will see some torqux screws (T-20 or T-25 star bit). First loosen the headlight housing. With the use of the stars bits, adjust the headlight as needed and then re-tigthen the housing. You're done.

99 Grand Voyager, headlamps adjusted too low. Do I need a special tool to adjust the height? Do you just turn the adjustment screw or is there some release set screw that you have to loosen before you can...

Purchased a 4 mm socket and had the necessary adjustment with the adjustment screw right above the headlights. Clockwise will raise the lights while counterclockwise will lower the lights.
