You may be having problems with the turbine or it could have a heavy short in the system. check the tuning on the turbo it may be starting the boost to soon or to late causing problems also check your intake setup this includes your pcv valve

so you think the turbo is bad, and what do you mean by a short in the system, and what is the pcv valve and where is located, the engine is completely stock, and just replaced spark plugs, and wires and fuel filter

What I mean is by any combination of issues there may be a big problem with your turbo. Another thing I meant is you could have a short in the system for the turbo (check your wires). The PVC valve is located on the intake manifold connected to a hose that runs to your intake just above or below the butterfly valves.

Also you could be having problems with boost pressure

Hi I have an 08 vw jetta 125 tsi the turbo doesn't

I would check the pressure blow off valve to see if it is stuck partially open. check hoses for holes or leaks where clamped. Also if you have a inter cooler for this turbo check it for cracks or leaks a pressure check of air to the cooler then spray with soapy solution to look for bubbles no bubbles after cooler good.

88 dodge conquest tsi no start has spark and has fuel coming out of the injectors

,Use caburator cleaner and spray down the throttle body and put the air duct back on if this start up and then dies your fuel pump is the issue, If you dont have spark and want to test for spark take the lead spark wire from the ignition coil let it hang 1/4 from body ground and have some one crank it if you dont have spark replace the sensor in the distributor.(optic sensor its hall effect). if you have spark and fuel. note the postion of the distributor and move it foward. if it wants to start and cant check for a slipped timing belt,by the way Plymoth made the conquest TSI

My 1987 chrysler conquest tsi floods the engine and won't start

your best solution wont work because it is an 88 they can only scan '96 and newer when OBD II came out so know what you are talking about before you post
those cars are known for fuelinjection probs. your best bet is to first get your self a fuel pressure regulator and Gauge to determin how much fuel you are pushung and get it tuned up by some one who knows what they are doing because tuning will make or break a turbo car
