My 1992 Volkswagen cabriolet the turn signal won't work. The hazards work and thhe turn signal did work but something in the radio sparked and the turns went out. I checked all fuses an changed the one that blew but now the turn comes on but does not flash just stays on solid (the dash light not the actual turn signal.) I don't see how the hazards will work but not the turn signals. Any help please?

Just a shot in the dark... But with the car at idle sray light bursts of carbeurator cleaner on vaccum lines if car revs you may have a vaccum leak, in that vicinity. May not be the problem, but vaccum leaks will cause a dramatic change in car's performance.

Turn signals on my 1992 Park Avenue blinked slower and now donot work at all. My emergency flashers work fine and all blink but I have no turn signals and nothing lights up when signal is left or righ

About your 1992 Buick Park Avenue 3.8L SFI OHV 6cyl. the Flasher is located:
Hazard flasher: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted above kick panel

Turn signal: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted on support bracket

Left turn signal won't work when cold. If I put on signal and hazards then turn hazards off the signal will work. How do I fix this?

depending on year,and model.... i would inspect hazard switch. if not a bad switch,a poor connection would be what i would look for.

Cars starts easily but won't idle if you floor it, it rev and then stalls. Sometime it backfires as well. Any ideas?

carburation or injection system needs tuneup-dirty throttlebody or idle air control--plug wires and distributer cap probly are worn--seems like its runnin rich from bad fire------aufwiedersehn

Cant get the rotor button off of my 1992 volkswagon cabriolet

have you check to see if it is held on with a bolt that goes into the side of the rotor shaft.if so then it is probably a 10mm socket(3/8 socket might work)if it doesn`t then it is stuck to the distributor shaft and the rotor will have to be broken to remove.take some fine sand paper and clean the distributor shaft with it so the new rotor won`t be hard to install.

When i turn my passenger side turn signal on my hazard lights come on?

A cam that directs the turn signals to go on has turned inside the switch causing the 4 ways to go on

A new replacement will be needed for the old one can not be repaired

My 2001 cabrio turns over but wont start

It's probably the battery. Sometimes the car battery has enough power to begin turning over the car but not enough to actually start it. If this is the case, your lights, turn signals, hazards, radio, and cigarette lighter will still work. Time for a new battery, unfortunately. Hope this helps! =]
