Attach a second battery to the one in your car so you don't kill it. Then, turn the key to the on position, then off three times, leaving it on the third time. The security light should then be flashing. Leave the key on for 15 or 20 minutes and the light should stop flashing. When that happens, turn it off then start the car.
I'm pretty sure I remembered the process correctly and it should work.

Key does not come out, car wont start

The key is bounded up in the ignition cylinder from a bent lock tumbler
A new replacement ignition cylinder is the only remedy that will fix this problem

Car ignition wont start or turn

Could be a bad lock cylinder or broken ignition switch (under the dash on top of the steering column). If you disconnect the switch from the control rod that comes from the cylinder and the cylinder turns you need a new switch.

Wont start do i need to progran new key

the dealer needs to set the key code using the on board diagnostic computer.the body control module needs the signal
otherwise, thieves would simply plug in a new ignition to the existing harness and steal a car.
