P-0102 and P-0113 are mass air flow and intake air temp codes, the P-0136 is an Oxygen sensor code. Before you do anything, check for debris in the Mass Air Flow Sensor, it's small black box with electrical wiring connector that is screwed into the intake air tube, between the air box and the intake manifold. Undo the screws, remove the sensor, and, with a flashlight, and look down inside it for debeis, or broken wires inside it. Go to your nearest Toyota dealer. Purchase this part number: 77360-22020; approx 4 dollars.
Open the fuel door. Being careful, remove the leftover plastic that is hooked by the door hinge. Insert the new spring assembly under the slot, and press it in until it clicks into place. Very easy to do.

I have similar problems with my Jaguar when i replace or reconnect the battery. What i do ,is drive the car for a short distance, then it should be ok. I think the computer has to re learn parameters
