SOURCE: Ihave code p0703 brake switch, what can I do?
P0703 (M) Brake Switch Stuck Pressed or Released Incorrect input state
detected in the brake switch circuit (Changed from P1595).
The switch cost like 20 bucks. It is located on the brake pedal, it will
either be in front of or behind the pedal at the top. It will have a
plunger that contacts the pedal, and an electrical pig tail. usually you
just twist it and pull it out kinda like a headlamp.
Hope this help (remember rated and comment this).

Yuo do not need to remove the brake pedal.
Look under the dash, on the brake pedal arm. There are one or two switches that activate brake lights and/or shift unlock. Check for loose mounting nut or a missing rubber nubber. Is the brake pedal coming all the way back up? Look on the floor for something not usually found there. These switches are adjustable and it may be as simple as adjusting them. Have a helper look for brake lights on and shift lever unlocked while you push and release the switches with your finger. Depress the brake pedal to get it out of the way. Remember to set the park brake first. Could just be a bad switch or loose connector. Check fuses and the bulbs.

SOURCE: What does P0703 brake switch circuit B mean?
sounds like you may have a bad brake light switch from the factory. Id take the one you put on and try swapping it with another one. if you have a scan tool, check and make sure the brake light switch (will probably read BOO on scan tool) reads "on" when you push it down and "off" when your foot is off of it. check voltage and ground at your connector to make sure you have a complete circuit. If it reads "on" when you disconnect the switch, replace the switch.
