Welcome to Fixya

If the engine is a 2.4 L SFI 4 Cyl, the schedule is every 105,000 miles. I do recommend 90,000 to 100,000 miles is the best time to replace.

I have a 2002 dodge stratus with a 2.4l 4cyl dohc change oil pump

The oil pump is built in the front cover of the crankshaft,it is a kit that installs,to make the pump, check the oil pump screen first, they get stopped up on these,so it could just be that.

Replaced timing belt but now the car wont start

timing these new motors today are difficult, your timing may still be off. You'll need to get a timing gun. Also did you make sure that the motor was Top Dead Center(TDC).
