Electrical windows interior lights dont work - 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty Super Cab

Well the fuse box is under the dash near the brake pedal.
The power windows should get power from a circuit breaker that may not be in that box. The interior lights may get power from the cig lighter circuit. You can check for power for the lights at the door jamb switch, or the headlight switch.

Your ignition starter is bad.

on some vehicles there is a switch that disables lights some are on dash some are on the overhead light. if only one bulb ck bulb, if all lights could also be fuse

if this is while the vehicle is running have youre alternator tested.. if its all of the time check to make sure battery connections are tight and clean.

you have a serious electric/wiring problem. if you recently did some do-it-yourself work (like installing speakers) you may have messed something up while inside the "car's guts". I suggest you take it to a mechanic qualified to fix electrical wiring problems. I know it's the expensive choice, but it's only a matter of time until your windows won't go up.

check the wires under the passanger carpet ,they are likely to be corroded

Sounds like you may have a bad ground clean battery terminals!! get wiring schematic!!!! Good Luck!!!!

same problem here there are wires under the drivers carpet open that up and you will se alot of wires disconected cinnect them and you will be good to go but now when i connected the wires my windows dont work

the water in the footwell can make the wiring rotten check under the tape for any corrosion,i have changed a couple of units that have blown due to the water but it is a common fault

I had the same problem and it was the fuse. I don't remember the number, but it has the symbol for the dome light and that fuse also controls the windows and locking system.
