2004 dodge ram 1500 slt. Heater works fine, but when I switch the location to heat the floor, it doesn't blow as much as it should. Seems like it goes through the defrost/windshield vents more than it should. I'm thinking a stuck vent?

Heat doesn't work

You mean the air coming out of the vents is not hot, or there is no air coming out ?
No air could be a blower or a blend door, and no hot air could be a blend door or something with the heater core like low coolant in the radiator.
