Sounds like your timing belt broke. Go to the passenger side of the engine compartment and take off the top plastic timing cover. Watch the belt as someone turns it over. if the belt does not move while being turned over then you need a timing belt.

Where is the location of the fuel pump relay for 2004 Lexus RX330?

does it start with 5%(a tad) right foot throttle pressed?
is the IP cluster, IMMO lamp happy? (immobilizer)?????
check all fused first? NOT RELAYS.
check spark first if engine itself tests good.
the classic way for 100 years a test spark plug used.
if spark is good then spray test fuel works.? FOR 3seconds
if that works, then fueling is bad. (no start)
the knock sensor does not kill spark. (it fine tunes spark timing only and only if the engine pings going fast.

then scan the pCM OBD2 port for DTC errors.
check fuel pressure, at the rail.
ok dead fuel pressure.
fuel pump relay is called on this car
AS EFI MAIN relay
HORN RELAY SAME (SWAPS)

if the PCM detects spark bad it cuts fuel dead.
to prevent crash and burn as see on TV..
the crash sensor also trips the pump off line.

FUEL PUMP SHUT OFF SYSTEM The fuel pump shut off system stops supplying fuel to the
engine to minimize the risk of fuel leakage when the engine
stalls or an airbag inflates upon collision. To restart the engine
after the fuel pump shut off system activates, turn the ignition
switch to "ACC" or "LOCK" once and start it.

My 2000 honda crv is a crank no start, gets spark, replaced fuel pump and filter ... starts quick with starter fluid in near air filter. It's like it's not getting the gas, please help...?

Check for fuel pressure at the injector rail. If no pressure, check pump circuit and relay. If pressure at rail, check injector fuse. It’s also possible the fuel filter is clogged.

facts.
so your does have a distributor (google that please)
but 1997 is also a big change, a new engine
end to end. july 1.

no photo of your engine, means NO JOY.
we can not guess engines
or what spark system used due to huge changes
in 1997, all related to USA smog laws.

04 rodeo no start no codes changed brain, changed fuel relay and pump, checked module on top of engine, turn over but no start,no antitheft and v6

Please stop replacing parts it costs money!
Go get a timing light to see if you have spark if you do not it is a bad ignition module.
to check your fuel pump connect a fuel pressure guage to the engine fuel injector rail and turn over the engine the pressure should be: 40 to 60 psi.

CHECK FUEL PRESSURE SOON AS ENGINE STOP AGAIN DONT TURN ON IGNITION SWITCH CHECK FUEL PRESSURE.SHOULD BE 43 PSI. IF NOT 0 FUEL PUMP BAD OR FUEL PUMP RELAY FAULTY OR FUEL FILTER STOPPED UP.IF FUEL SYSTEM GOOD PROBLEM IN THE IGNITION TIMING.

My 96 blazer wont start it just cranks but wont start?

A typical engine needs mostly just gas and spark to run (besides air of course)
Sounds like the engine is not getting one or the other.

Fuel goes from fuel pump, to filter, to fuel pressure regulator, to fuel rail, to injectors.
You can test for fuel pressure with key on, at the fuel rail. There will be a test port on the rail that you can put a rag on top and push in the valve to see if there is pressure. (or use pressure tester)
If there is no pressure, check that fuel pump relay is working. (you can use an ohmmeter on relay to see if there is resistance). You can also test power to relay and to the pump with a voltmeter to see if pump is getting power. Or turn key to ON position and listen to see if you hear the pump turn on.

If you have no spark to any cylcinders, the crank shaft position sensor may be faulty which is very common in GM vehicles.

You can use an ohmmeter to test the sensor itself.
You can also get a spark plug tester to see if there is spark to each cylinder.
You can also remove one spark plug, plug back into plug wire, lay on top of engine so spark plug diode is 1/4" away from metal surface. Have someone else turn engine over while you look for spark. Do this to each cylinder.
