need to aling timing marks for the camshaft to the marks on the valve cover marks and the dot on the cranshaft gear to the oil pump housing mark

You can find just about all of the torque specs that you should need here. Also you might want to order yourself a Chilton manual. They usually have all of the specs in the back of the book and throughout the different sections.

Your car looks like a Ford Capri engineered in Australia from a Mazda 323. These are quite common in New Zealand and Australia . Unfortunately they came out at the same time as the MX5 and didn't sell well.
Do a search on Google images for Ford Capri to see if they are the same. If they are parts are readily available ex Mazda
