All the fuses are 12V in your car. I am assuming you mean the fuse for the cigarette lighter and auxilliary power outlet. It is fuse #20 in the rear fuse block. It is marked "CIG/AUX". It should be a blue 20 Amp fuse.

bye a LED test light and put one end on a good earth and use the other to probe the back of the fuses you should get power from both sides of the fuses if all fuses are good you will probably find the lighter socket is burnt out as this is fairly common

pull each fuse til you fing the one that is burnt
