I neeeded to know where the fuel relay fuse is at on my 94 buick lesabre. i know its in the relay center under the hood but i cant figure out which one it is. everywhere i look says there should b 2 rows of 5 and there is only 1 row of 8. it goes 2 grey fuses a black fuse then 2 more grey then a black and 2 grey ones again.

We are assuming that you are talking about Fuel Pump Relay; so, take the plastic cover off the Power Distribution Center. There may be a plastic tab retaining the cover, depending on the model LeSabre you have. With the cover removed, stand before the power distribution center so that the square relays within it visually appear horizontal.
Locate the fuel pump relay in the lineup of relays within the power distribution center. If you're looking at the relays from the correct position, you should see two horizontal rows of five. Count from the right over to the third relay in the top row. This is your LeSabre's rear defogger relay; directly below it is the fuel pump relay. Disconnected and connected again to electrical reset it.

i'm not sure on the '94, but a lot of buicks have two fuse boxes, one under the dash and another under the hood. Check both boxes for any burned fuses. Also, there are often relays in the fuse box, as well. (again, not buick specific, just a rule of thumb) If there is a relay marked "fuel" or "fuel system", or something like that, you con often pull a non-essential relay (like 'wipers" or "lights") that has the same part number stamped on it, and put it in the fuel relay alot to see if that is bad. Yes, it is usually 25 amp (Yellow). There is also, a relay for the pump. Most of the fuses are under the dash...you can check your owners manual to see exactly where the fuse panel is located. The relays are under the hood. If the relay is working properly, you will feel a clicking motion while letting someone else turn the ignition on, but don't attempt to turn it to start the engine since this will cover the noise that you are listening for. If you need to know which relay is for the fuel pump, you can ask at the Auto store. They should be able to help. If the relay isn't clicking, you can tap it lightly with a screwdriver handle to get it to work; however, if the pump isn't running and is original; it is most likely bad and some test needs to be done to confirm that before taking the pump out.
