I recently had one of my TPMS sensors replaced on my 2009 Aveo. The tech who did it failed to reset the warning light. When I inquired about it they wanted to charge me extra. I have checked all the tires and they have the proper pressure. Is there a way for me to reset the light?

Charge you extra for doing what should have been done? you will need the tire sensors relearned. this is always included with installation. I dont know who you are dealing with? dealer?. I dont think you can reset the sensors without a scanner.

I have recently put winter tires on my 2014 Nissan Rogue and now the dash keeps warning me that I have 4 flat tires. Just wondering if I can reset this sensor without having to go to a dealership?

If the tires and wheels did not TPMS installed on them, the light will never go off. As far as TPMS is concerned it sees0 psi tire pressure. You can live with it or take and have TPMS items installed on your wheels.

I'm having a nissan altima 2009. Tire pressure warning light will not go off. When I go to service center, they are saying censor issue or reprogramming.

You either have a bad tire pressure sensor, in the tire or the shop doesn't know how to reset TPMS.

Find a tire or repair shop that is up to speed on todays technology

I have TPMS on 2009 Nissan Maxima. Can't find where I can check my tire pressure through the TPMS. Manual says I can but I can't find where to. PLEASE HELP!!!

Check the tire pressure at the valve mounted to the wheel. There is a warning light on the instrument cluster to warn of low tire pressure. On a 2009 Maxima, if your warning light comes on check and adjust, if needed, the tire pressures at all 4 wheels. If the pressures were low the light will go out after a short distance. If the light fails to go out take the Maxima to your local Nissan dealer.

Tpms warning

Try disconnecting the battery once the pressures are set and good. Leave it disconnected for 10 mins. This will reset the computer and should clear the fault if there are no other problems. These sensors are known to fail frequently so dont be surprised if the sensor/s need replaced.
Best wishes!
