There is a relay for low beams and one for high...The relay for headlights low is defective...To prove it switch the low with the high and see the trouble follow...Relay is not that expensive...Engine compartment fuse/relay box...See diagram for relay location...saailer

remove the headlight bulbs and retest; if a new fuse does not blow one
of the bulbs is shorted if the fuse does blow check the high beam
wiring for a short if none is found replace your high beam switch
is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. The fuse label
is attached under the steering column. If something electrical in your
vehicle stops working, check for a blown fuse first. Below table

when the low beams quit try switching from high to low and back and see if low beams stay on, if they do it may be the dimmer switch, if that doesn't change anything suspect the headlight switch.
