When my 2001 yukon reach 35 miles on the odomator, it reves up and want change into the next gear!

You have a transmission problem, and there is very little the average person can do except check the fluid and make sure that it is getting coolant. So I would recommend that you check the fluid (and the feel of it also) and make sure it isn't overheating (is getting coolant flow) and if neither of those are the problem to take it to the professionals. I don't recommend a chain transmission shop because they have a tendency to do more that what is required and to charge more.

If you mean it "flares" trans may have major issues. If you mean it fails to shift to next gear, likely bad shift solenoid, easily changed by dropping trans pan.

i know if you don't have good air flow to the air breather, you will loose gas mileage...make sure you have a good clean air filter...this would be a good start for you...

Sounds like you need to replace your ujoints. Or possably your carrier bearing. This is most common in these vechiles.And is part of your 100.000 mile tune up.If you need help replacing let me know.If you have to take to a shop it would cost around $50 plus parts.
