I own a 96 jeep cherokee classic and about 12 months ago had similar problem, I managed to find a manual  for sale. Contact your local auto shop and see if they sell a manual for it.
(also try local library as some stock these books for you to borrow or photocopy.)
brand name:  Haynes

name of book:

jeep cherokee
1984 thru 2000
cherokee, wagoneer, comanche and country
Haynes Repair Manual bk no: 50010
Based on a complete teardown and rebuild
cost approx. $40 AU

they have complete wiring diagrams in rear of book

Since buying book husband does 90% of our work himself

Highly recommend
PS: you have good taste in vehicle choice.

2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ doe not have wires going to the catalytic converter. Code P0161, Assumption: No Bank2 Sensor 2 installed. Comments?

Easy thing first- check for a fuse for the O2 sensor heater circuit. If that is fine, probably just need to replace the O2 sensor. Code is for a bad O2 heater circuit. Sensor 2 would be after the catalytic converter.

Code 0161

if the computer is the correct part number its either the o2 senser or the heater wire is broken where it comes out of the computer test the wire first by checking the risestance from the computer to the o2 senser

Aside from getting into an accident and having your wiring harness severely damaged, the other likely suspect is your PCM. These codes are not related to each other and indicate a much larger problem.

I need a wiring diagram for the blower motor on a 1999 jeep grand cherokee limited. I have two wires sticking out of the blower motor and I don't know where they go

Usually you have to splice the wires into the old plug.
You might be able to find a diagram on the websites for auto parts stores such as autozone.

Code poo31 showing and what would be the possible cause and what part to be replaced?

P0031 Oxagen senser heater circuit. The heater circuit can be checked with a test light connected to ground. ( a tast light is an ice pick looking tool with a clear handle with a 12 volt bulb inside and a ware with a clip to connect to grond, the light will light as the tip is touched to anything powered up with 12 volts and sometimes a little more and a wholde lot less) Find the oxagen sensers ( thier screwed into the exhaust pipes) Disconnect the electrial connectors and connect the test light to ground, with the key on test the wires in the plug connect ed the vehical. one of them should light the light, if it does reconect it and test the rest of the sensers, recalling which wire was live. ( most are white or grey but they vary some. If all the sensers have power it's not the power but the senser failed. with an ohm meter test the senser for the wire that was hot to the other wire that is the same color if the sneser is open ( no circuit ) you have found the bad senser. If you can't find power going to any of the sensers. Check the fuse boxes for blown fuses ( check them all with a test light) If you find a blown fuse replace it but go back to the wiring tjat connects to the sensers and you'll find someplace where the wire melted to the exhaust pipes and shorted out, blowing the fuse. The sensers short out too but not very often.
