Bad thermostat
Make sure you are full of antifreeze, if it is you can try the thermostat but if it was stuck closed you would get heat. Water pump is a rare possibility. The usual culprit for a overheating problem with no heat is being airbound from a head gasket leak. Sorry
Your thermostat is sticking or your radiator or heater core is blocked up. If you keep running it like this you will blow the head gasket or worse (warp the heads or block.) if it's not already the case.

U have a defective engine wiring harness, of that I have zero doubt, to get this fixed u will need a dealer to find the problem in the harness or connector, we are talking about allot of possible areas where the harness can be damaged, this is way beyond a home mechanic fixing, just to involved, i have fixed many trucks for this problem, never the same thing twice.
