1994 chevy blazer s 10 size vaccum hoses at the "T" looks like one is missing hissing sound is that a air intake???
There should not be an open vacuum hose. Look around it for a place it may have come off of. If there is enough play, you can trim a quarter inch of the end, if its stretched out, and replace it back on its fitting. If you really cannot find where it goes, just plug the end with somthing till you figure it out. A small screw, or similar usually works.

If you look real close to the t or around the vicinity of the hissing noise you should find the broken hose, or the part of what came apart. also if you look on the radiator core support ,or the fan shroud. you should find a small diagram that has the engine details.there will be vacuum schematic, that will show you the vacuum hose routing.this diagram is kind of small .and if the truck had been wrecked in the front, sometimes the body shops dont put this decal back on after the repair is done. I believe this hose you are talking about goes to the drivers side ,for the cruise control
