As the other guy said, yes... and if you can also replace the camshaft seals (won't be much more work, but they can leak after time). Also the bypass hose is a good idea since it's really only "easily" accessible with the stuff removed to do the timing belt.

Thought to consider Mileage, Wear, is pump leaking, is it functioning well?, You can check service manual but I would say no, If it ain't broke, don't' fix it.. Belts have a specific time to be replaced and the manual calls for it.. Not so the water pumps. they wear longer then belts.
