Where is the crank sensor located on a 1994 cadillac eldorado?

Unless you have a totally stripped-down Eldorado, your speedometer is most likely ELECTRONIC (probably even has a digital readout).
Check your Trip Computer. Has it stopped reading fuel economy, distance to empty, etc.?
Is your odometer also not adding miles as you drive?
If affirmative to all of the above, replace your SPEED SENSOR, and you'll be all set :)

it is in the intake hose coming off airfilter to intake

One is located under the hood on the driver's side in the middle and the other is in the trunk, also on the driver's side (at least it is on the touring model).

I show that your car uses one sensor located in the exhaust crossover of the exhaust head pipes off the engine, here is the part number and prive, labor time just to change the sensor is 1/2 hour plus the diagnostic time to test the system and determine the sensor was the problem,

follow the top radiator hose to where it enters the engine block, you should be able to see it if you remove the hose, though getting it out will require a little more disasembly.

you have 4 o2 sensors on the new one 2 in front of catylitic converter and 2 after on the exhaust

o2 will not make your car do that you have other issues check for secondary ignition miss or primary ignition miss sounds like you are dropping a cylinder dumping raw fuel to contaminate 02 sensor find the real problem to fix your light
