How do I reset raido

I am guessing you found the fuse by now. If the fuse has no power... check the fuses in the engine compartment. Of course the radio may be shot.

Have no raido reception when turn on the raido, Only a hissing sound. Is this a fuse or something else?

if the antenna wiring is good you have bad output circuits in the radio
If a cassette or cd is equipt, try that option out also to confirm the outputs are bad

There is no power to my 2001 s500 mercedes benz radio what can be the problem?

Check your fuse box and look for a blown fuse. Some raidos have an in-line fuse behind the raido under the dash.

1994 turns over but won't start

the relay for the fuel pump should be located under the bonnet in the fuse box and there is 1 other fuse inside the car under the drivers side as for the relay you could swap it with 1 of the other relays that have the same amount of pins and try that as for the fuse you will see a break in the wire that joins the 2 prongs
