I have a 1998 saturn SL2 with a LL1.9LL4 engine, want to switch out with a 1998 saturn SW2SW wagon with a 16 valve twin cam will this work? SL2 engine blown, SW2SW ****** is going!

Yes ,the engine is identical, just twin cam instead of a single cam set up.

yes, the transmission will physically fit, but the computer will see the mismatch and cause endless problems while driving. find a twin cam transmission.

Unfortunately, your question is very vague and hard to understand.

16 or 32 cam?
Usually your engine will have twin cams, or single cam.
Overhead cam(s) or not. You could determine if your engine
is a 4 or a 6 cylinder, and then you will generally find out how
many valves the engine has.

If you are in a 4 cylinder car, you probably have 16 valves if you have a twin cam engine.
If you have a single cam, 4 cylinder engine, then you will usually have only 8 valves.

The only way that you could end up with 32 valves, is if you have a dual overhead cam, v-6 engine.
Each head will have two cams, and each cylinder will have 4 valves then.

if it is an SL1 it has a SOHC 1.9L. Basically the same engine was in all saturns 91-99, just different heads. the Sl2 had double over head cam and the Sl1 had SOHC.

Does your engine look similar to this. IF you're referring to the wording on the cover, this is the valve cover. This is the only piece i'm thinking that has this. But this should not leak radiator fluid to leak. With the car overheating and something cracking, it could be the radiator busted or the head/block could be cracked. Try to fill the radiator up and see if it starts leaking. I'm just wondering if your water pump locked down or any of the other pulley's causing the belt to snap. My car was doing this pretty bad and I changed the engine coolant temp sensor and it fixed my problem. Hope this helps!!

could be 3 things
if you have reverse but a bad delay into reverse it could be a loose input shaft nut in the trans,and or a bad valve body
if you have no reverse you got a torn seal in the trans but if you have a torn seal you will have no second gear as well as they share this seal,,,i would take it to the saturn dealer as trans shop have no idea how to fix these,like cottman and them have no idea,,take it to saturn

your pistons are leting blow by get through whick means that your pisten rings are wearing out more then likly
