If you don't have a torque wrench, just get the bolts snug, basically a smidgen over hand-tight. Recheck them after installation.

You need an aftermarket serviice manual from Haynes or Chilton. They will have that kind of info.
I know of no car (I don't know them all) where that is needed and depending on the cover material (sheet steel or cast), could lead to warping and new leaks. I always use a thin film of silicone whether it is specified or not and there are torque specs for ALL valve covers I have ever seen.

Torque setting on 1989 corolla valve cover

No. Let good sense and experience guide you. If you need a torque figure try an internet generic chart and halve the maximum listed for the size and type of bolt.

Torque figures aren't just there to avoid snapping bolts or to achieve the maximum clamping force.
Using torque figures is also about tightening a number of bolts uniformly to avoid distortion.

Why I can no remove valve cover in corolla 1994,I

if you have every thing removed that can stop the v/c from coming off then these have a tendency for the rubber gasket to stick and you have to hit the cover with a rubber mallet some times fairly hard to get it unstuck.

Changing valve cover gasket

i don\'t know offhand but to be official around 14lbs. These are only little bolts, so a 3/8th rachet and two fingers about halfway down the handle will be the right torque .

1992 toyota corolla oil leak around spark plug tubes. how is it repaired

You need a new valve cover gasket set. This will come with seals that fit around the spark plug tubes.

Engine oil flowing on the spark plug

Usually this is due to the spark plug tube seal allowing oil to escape from under the valve cover down the tube. You will have to remove the valve cover and replace the seals. You might consider replacing the valve cover gasket at the same time.

VALVE COVER GASKET REPLACEMENT & AIR CONDITION RECHARGING

Well, tighten the valve covers down, just so the bolts are nice and snug on them. These kinda last how long they last, they are different for all cars. Maybe 60k to 80k, if you are lucky, they should be pretty easy on most cars to change. Use rubber bands to hold the gasket to the valve cover, in the bolt holes.
A/C, get a mechanic, these systems have a high pressure side, and a low pressure side, and if freon blows up on you, if freezes skin like you would not believe.

1992 Toyota Previa van,Oil dripping onto exhaust manifold, replace head gasket? need a free manual!

The toyota previa uses a formed silicone gasket for the valve cover and the cover is held in place by metric shoulder bolts ( 10mm). The valve gasket leaks because you can't get enough preload on the bolts to re-seat the old gasket when it gets old and shrinks. The shoulder bolts only allow you to tighten the gasket enough to seat the shoulder on the bolt. If you continue to torque down the suspected bolts, you will snap the bolt off ( don't ask me how I know this ). You can either 1.)replace the old gasket with a new one or 2.) remove the existing bolts around the leak area and put in new metric bolts that do not have a shoulder. You may want to put in a small sleeve into the existing bolt hole but shorter than the thickness of the valve cover to account for the smaller diameter bolt. You can now torque down the bolt and get enough preload to seal the valve cover without removing the old gasket. Make sure you use a torque wrench ( in-lbs) or be very careful not to snap these small valve cover bolts.
