Fuel relay is usually under the hood in the fuse box just get a new relay and change it out. It's usually a small black box looking thing inside the fuse box . But you can use another none good one to check to make sure it's bad before buying a new one. Hope this helps.
Hello The fuel pump fuse and relay are located in the underhood fuse box/electrical center. The underhood box is to the rear of the engine compartment opening under the hood. The fuel pump fuse is labled "ECM-B"
there are 2 fuse boxes. 1 is under the hood by the battery, black box. The 2nd is under the steering wheel just above your brake and gas pedals, black box also.
Located under the hood you will see a relay box(plastic) unclip the cover and walla should be listed as to what fuse/relay is what on the inside of the cover, generally there are more then one of the same relay's which makes testing it a breeze...just remove the twin relay and put it in the fuel pump relay connector to see if the pump works.
Hope this works!!!
